Terms & Conditions for Customized Bottle Quotations

Quotation Validity

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
  • H2o Zone Pvt ltd reserve the right to make any changes on this quote after a period of 7 days
  • Quotations are subject to review in case of sudden changes in raw material costs or market conditions.

Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable GST and other statutory taxes, which will be charged at prevailing rates.
  • Any change in tax laws or rates will be borne by the customer.
  • Freight/transportation charges, if applicable, will be billed separately.

Customization & Artwork

  • Customers must provide final approved artwork/designs in high-resolution format before production.
  • H2O ZONE Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for errors in customer-provided designs.
  • Minor color variations may occur due to printing limitations.
  • Intellectual property rights of customer-provided logos/designs remain with the customer.
  • If a customized mould is requested, full mould/tooling charges must be paid in advance. Once mould development begins, payment is non‑refundable. Ownership of mould remains with H2O ZONE unless otherwise agreed.

Customized Moulds & Tooling

  • If a customer requires a new customized mould based on their own design, the full mould/tooling charges must be paid in advance before production begins.
  • Once mould development has started, the payment is non‑refundable.
  • Ownership of the mould will remain with H2O ZONE Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • Orders will be processed only upon receipt of a written confirmation and advance payment of [50%] of the total quotation value.
  • Balance payment is due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delayed payments may affect delivery schedules.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timeline is 1530 business days from order confirmation and receipt of advance.
  • Delivery schedules may vary depending on customization complexity and raw material availability.
  • H2O ZONE Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.

Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers are advised to inspect goods upon delivery.
  • Any claims for defects or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • After acceptance, H2O ZONE Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for damages due to mishandling or improper storage.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once customization has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Advance payments are nonrefundable in case of cancellation by the customer.
  • In case of cancellation before customization begins, refund will be subject to deduction of administrative charges.

Liability & Compliance

  • H2O ZONE Pvt. Ltd. ensures compliance with BIS/FSSAI standards for packaged drinking water.
  • In case of regulatory sample failure, liability rests with the manufacturing job worker as per contract.
  • H2O ZONE Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality & Branding

  • Customer-provided designs/logos will be used solely for the agreed order and will not be shared with third parties.
  • H2O ZONE retains the right to showcase customized bottles in its portfolio unless expressly prohibited in writing.
  • Marketing use of customized bottles will be limited to product portfolio and promotional materials only.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of DEHRADUN, Uttrakhand courts.
  • Arbitration/mediation may be considered prior to legal proceedings.

  • All payments must be made in full prior to the initiation of any design, customization, or dispatch process unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and any other method explicitly listed on our website or invoice.
  • Invoices are generated automatically via our billing system and are considered final unless disputed within 48 hours of issuance.
